Privacy policy

Last updated 29 October 2026. This policy explains how MNM Motors ("we") collects and uses personal data through mnm.co.ke, WhatsApp and email, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, phone number, email, the car you ask about, your preferred viewing time and your message.
When you buy: the details needed to sell and register a car or to deliver an order, such as your ID and KRA PIN for the logbook transfer.
When you browse: pages visited, device and browser information, and cookies, as described in our cookie notice.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and sell you a car (to take steps at your request and perform a contract).
To import, clear and register a car for you (contract and legal obligation).
To send you new arrivals, only if you subscribe (consent; unsubscribe any time).
To keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Only who we need to: shipping, clearing and inspection agents for a car we import for you; NTSA and KRA for registration and duty; a bank or financier if you ask us to arrange finance; and payment providers (Paystack, Stripe or PayPal) for shop orders. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for up to two years; sale and tax records for as long as Kenyan law requires; newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
